Gotcha. My problem is I’m not good with calculating the port area/volume. I used bassbox pro and got a design. It was simple straightforward. It did the calculations for me. It’s limited thought when trying to place a port a certain way.

Here's how the port layout in my box is, It keeps the port on the bottom and allows a long port the way it wraps around.. I then changed the sidewalls (made them taller to fit a console cupholder out of a newer suburban) while keeping the port the proper size..

I was gonna do 1.7 net and tune to 33hz

That’s right. The strato 8’s cause for .5 cubes per according to Ct sounds site. I would like to go bigger than a cube for a pair. Something like 1.6-1.7 total for the pair.
