There's a tutorial on CACO on how to do that.. Kerfing is rather easy man.how do you get the curved part of the vent? do you just cut little slots in the wood so itll bend without breaking or do you buy it that way

another pointless post. who cares what the workshop is like, the box is located about 3 hours from there now and it has nothing to do with how the box performs.box is clean, but your messy workshop offsets the cleanness.
