how do you get the curved part of the vent? do you just cut little slots in the wood so itll bend without breaking or do you buy it that way

There's a tutorial on CACO on how to do that.. Kerfing is rather easy man.

ive always wanted to try it out but just havent wanted to risk it not turning out good. Ill have to do it on the next box

another pointless post. who cares what the workshop is like, the box is located about 3 hours from there now and it has nothing to do with how the box performs.
