i going to be getting 2 pairs of subs looking to get them in the range of 1000rms or more, definetly going to be 12's, the price range should be from 135 each or a lil bit more. im leaning towards more spl, but some good sq as well. also iam going to put them in a blazer. but i cant decide what kind of box i should go with. two individual or just one big a55 box. the reason why i want to make them in an indidual box is because im going to be moving them around in my 4 door car as well. also subs should be dvc and 4ohms. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

You're not going to get that woofer for that price. Not new at any rate. Also I don't know if you want them taking 1000wRms for the pair, or each... But I know for a fact, an SA-12 will take 1000w, as I'm feeding my single SA-10 over 1300. I'm willing to bet this guy will take 1000 as well:

SSA Store - SKAR Audio VVX Sub woofer

But if you want something for that price, you're gonna have to look used.

i know the vets are gonna get on me for this one. this is the only thing i will buy from them but Power Acoustik Mofo 12" 2x Series $137.55 shipped on amazon

I know they will take 1000rms because i had a set. And i ran the saz-2000d to one of them

by the way my sytem right now is 2 12's pioneer premiers this are the pro series 1000rms each they might be over rated but they hit hard i have them in a box tuned to 35hertz on a 1500.x kicker amp at wired 4oms (this subs are not that weak campion series type)

if you like what you have why are you looking for different subs in the same rms range? if your gonna upgrade then do a dc 5k and two fi btls or something like that lol. but if your getting 2k right now why would you want a new set up at 5k?

well my original plan is to get two more of the same subs and wire them at 2ohms! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but ive just now seen the re audio xxx they look massive. but if their two expensive like 280 a piece i might not get them

i'd save up a little more till you have the money to do a decent upgrade like 1k or more. if you still happy with what you got no need to upgrade till you can do something huge //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but if your really set on getting new subs i'd say sa-12 like it has been mentioned above

Signal flow should be HU to DSP to amps. You would lose the ability to EQ and time align the sub with the DSP unit if you bypassed the DSP.

If you can find these in your area. Id recommend these for drop ins. They play from 40Htz on up. Sound very nice on amplified power for premium...
