Well if he is thinking he might be getting 2 JL Audio W7 13", then he must have a good amount of dough lieing around,lol! So on that note If you are getting those subs then I would put 2 1000/1 Jl mono amps on each sub, then do there componet set. Need to know size of those. I would do a Jl audio 400/4 I think it is for all your highs. Nice decks out there are Pioneer Premier,Alpine,Kenwood,Clarion. Then dont forget about all the wiring,fuses and make sure you get between 0/1guage wire. Might want to upgrade your factory altenator to over a 200a. Then do the big 3. Oh yeah and the box, one of the most important things, dont skimp on a crappy box. Do a nice MDF box for those speakers and make sure it is right air space. Oh yeah would look into some nice Kinetek audio batterys. One for the front and one for the back. So after all that you should be close to 5 grand. But it is jl audio and they are way overpriced. But that is how I would do it. If you are on a budget then I wrote all that for nothing,lol! Good luck!

for 2 13w7's i would get one orion 2500d(great amp for those subs)

and for your highs get either a orion 4004 or 8004
