My install with pics

yep, but my homeboy wants it. if he dont take it, ima keep it as i like collecting amps lol and it still brand new n fresh condition

I have now installed the Incriminator Audio amp and have changed a few things. Im using a JBL GTO 75.4 bridged running my ID oem midranges upfront.

Have installed the 2 volt meters. One in connected to the bas amp and one to the 2nd battery. Next to that is a distribution block serving no purpose other than holding spare fuses.

I have also tidyed up the boot so nearly finished.

Just need to tidy up the amp install a toch more and carpet the base properly and add my neons.

Heres some pics

looks like you did a good job sealing the trunk off from the cabin..... umm can you hear the subs? haha i still dont get why people seal the only gap into the cabin and then throw subs facing the other way. How do the waves get through?

x2.. did you take out the rear speakers or something?

you did the most work i have ever seen to get the least bass possible..

Yes I can hear the subs loud N clear believe me. I took out the whole shelf and there were 6 holes under that shelf so bass is travelling no probs, If u heard it, believe me you would be surprised and where the build is behind the seats, its not blocked of at all, if u took the middle amp out the box is in ur face

Yes, I took out the rear speakers and the whole parcel shelf and it made all the difference night N day. And NO, I did not do the most work to get the least bass as you think. Your letting that build behind the seat fool you. It may look completely sealed but its not and as we all know getting bass into the cabin in these cars is difficult but not in my case. Even when I pull the seats down, there is a very slight audible difference but its minimal. I think I've done a very good job in the circumstances of the car

Nice install, Digging the G&S Redline Amplifier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif should have kept it in!

I did an install on my wifes 99 3 series convertible, having the battery in the back saves alot of time and swearing and interior destruction //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Flame me for this but a friend of mine used to have a mustang which was a show car. well he had 3 memphis pr 12s sealed in a custom box that was two sections allowing to fit in the contour of the truck. It was sealed off from the cabin and if you pulled the seat down there was like a small space then the back of the box.

I understand the reasoning behind why this is not ideal but from experience it sounded great. It was punchy, hit the highs and lows pretty well and had very nice output. The subs were ran on a m-class 1100d and his highest meter was a 142. Yes the setup had a lot of potential to be louder than it was but it was built for show.

My point though is a setup can get decently loud and sound good when completely sealed off from the cabin. Sounds retarded but its true.

The G&S amp look sexy yes but just did not cut it for power output. That jbl is a true performer on my ID oems mids man. Yep, bat in the boot makes life so much easier
