Finally at the stage of finishing my system, got these kick pods made by a mate housing spl dynamics 6.5's and a PG RSD Tweeter. I have the pg rsd 6.5in set but want to try these spl babies as I hear they can take some serious abuse & sound quite good. I will be running these active. Have not installed this system yet but cant wait to hear it

Pioneer premiers box tuned to 30hz

will be using this amp on passive crossovers until I get a 4 channel amp

Kenwood KEC-202 ACTIVE CROSSOVER & Pioneer dsp 9200 eq. Pionner avic headunit

Hifonics brutus 1606

Summary is spl or pg rsd mids and infinity kappa or psg tweeter running of a 4 channel amp, not sure which one yet

Hifonics 1606 powering 2 x pioneer premier champion series 12in subs.

active crossover & dsp eq. Phoenix gold rca cables & pg speaker wires.

What do you think. Should sound good ?

Got some more done on the install today. Just tiyding up wires & running cables mainly & some dynamat soundproofing.

Ive put the sub box in the boot, its a bmw and boy did it just fit. It only fits from the inside. The last one I made never went in, my fault for not measuring properly.

Kick pods are sitting sweet in there. just tidying up the eq & active crossover wires. Bit of as mess at the moment

Got some more done today. I've cut out all the correct size templates and everything fits nice.

Have a look at my progress so far so good.

I covered everything in Vinyl so please be kind as this was my 1st attempt. I just realized after looking at it tho that I should have lined up the vinyl correctly as it does not look to centered so Ill be doing that again or do you think I should just carpet everything in grey ? YAY OR NAY
