It was sealed off from the cabin and if you pulled the seat down there was like a small space then the back of the box.I understand the reasoning behind why this is not ideal but from experience it sounded great. It was punchy, hit the highs and lows pretty well and had very nice output. The subs were ran on a m-class 1100d and his highest meter was a 142. Yes the setup had a lot of potential to be louder than it was but it was built for show.My point though is a setup can get decently loud and sound good when completely sealed off from the cabin.
