to the OP, i suggest u read up about car audio, and what not, or else any suggestion that a person makes, you wont understand. in theory, you can put as many speakers as you want to one channel of amplification, as long as the final load is something that the amp can handle. you can put 2 subs on one mono amp, you just need to wire it accordingly. there are sites that show diagrams on how to wire subs. just learn the basics, and you'll see that a lot of the suggestions people are making, are intended to help you with your quest to find a budget sub set up. the kicker comps will do you good, good performance for an entry level system. and profile amps are some of the best budget/bang for buck amps on the market. and knukonceptz has excellent products, comparable to those mainstream brands, at an internet cost. juss my opinion on the situation

This is not the way to endear yourself to the forum.

You know what im sick of all these people who think just because im new to this stuff gives them the right to think that they are better than kids just because they are maby 25 years old....all i am looking for is just help on what to buy that is a decent sub not some fancy canadian sub that Ive never hurd of. I already said this but this is what i am looking for.... A single sub with a mounting depth of 5 3/4 or smaller, that is good for .71 cu air space, that is between 50 and 120 dollars, a mono amp that is around 150 and a decent 4 guage wiring kit!!!! IS THAT TO MUCH TO ASK!!! I MEAN SERIOUSLY....SOME JACKASS has to come in and think that hes better than everyone, and ridiculing 15 year olds.

Well if that's your price range then yeah thats an "ok" set-up. I would've gone with 2 Kicker Comp VRs though and a Hifonics Amp then u can get more bang for your buck. But for $400 yeah thats good. Good luck, if you need any other car audio/video hit me up man I buy it wholesale.

because hes to arrogant to listen to any of us, hes a 15 year old who thinks hes the shit of car audio. Hes gotten more than enough posts on here suggesting help, and he just turns his back to it.

thats pretty expensive for the txi7506.. i got mine brand new off ebay for $135 shipped with a one year warrenty abut 2months ago

mines currently wired at a 4ohm load but it gives out very clean and non-distorted power.. very nice amp for only $135

you can wire 2 Subs to a mono 1ch amp

for example take my amp: Hifonics txi7506

its rated at 750 x 1 @ 1ohm

now if you get 2 subs that are Dual 4ohm and wire it "Parallel" that will be 1ohm

which means 2 subs will share 750watts together

Oh, I understand fully what your saying, but some people are skeptical about buying amps off ebay.....So I always recommend off of a trusted site.
