My Complete System (TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!)

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Yea, patience is always a virtue when you're spending hard earned money. I kind of rushed what I wanted to get, and I really wasnt ready at first to jump up my system.

Make sure you read alot around here, these guys know alot.

Don't rip on the new guy, cuz im still new also

....thats why i am on a budget and i still have to buy my 22" rims man....
You're 15 and looking into 22's?

Wait a bit before buying anything...unless you want to be just like every other high-school aged kid out there that has a "system" that sounds like ***, only good for annoying people with loud and distorted "music" - giving the general public a bad view of car audio in general.

If I was you,, ( Im 15 too lol ) I would talk to the builders of that box and try to get the box built with 10" inch holes for Subs.

http://www.mach5audio.com/index-2.html

Purchase ( 2 ) of the 10" Mach 5 MAW's for $43.06 each. They only call for .5 cubes sealed, after displacement of the sub you will have about .60 for each sub which should be fine.

Make sure that the box has 5 1/2" of mounting depth....although the MAW 10 only has a mount depth of 5" it also has vented poles which needs .5 extra inches of mount depth so consider its mounting depth 5 1/2 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

For amp

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=16338

Wire the 2 MAW's in parallel to give the subs a 1 ohm load. The amp will feed the subs 750 watts......Set the gains to around 500 watts which is the combined RMS for these subs.

Wiring

http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KOL-AK4

43 bucks and will only need an extra wire to run from HU to amp ( Remote wire ) isnt listed on site so I geuss it doesnt send it ? ( Havent worked with Knu )

Im at $316 WITHOUT shipping of subs and amp kit.......buy a set of components maybe?

Hope I was some help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

atleast get a Hifonics BXI model..... those seem to be the budget amps with decent quality.........

you can find them around the forums pretty cheap........

Which amps would that be??
first of all. Id get a license befor i buy any car audio for my ride...second..id learn some stuff and look in to better products before i just go and pick out a few things because you think they'll sound/look good, or just because their mainstream, and third, its no use helping you because you disregard anything anyone says because its not what you wanna hear.

A BXi would be bettter but I figured he would not wanna buy off a forum so I recommened the Titan since its off onlinecarstereo.com and its only 187 bucks

If you afford,, Buy a BXi model

Hey that looks like a pretty goo amp What sub would you suggest That has a mounting depth of under 6 and that is made in the USA and can be bought from An online store??? THANKS

i dont know about the mounting depth, but look into kicker CVRS, maybe L7s. If L7s are too big, go with the CVR, i'm pretty sure tey got a small motor.TC got a good sale going on with their subs, so you might wanna check the specs on their subs to see what fits your box mounting depth. Before you make any decision, make sure u let us know so you can be headed in the right direction......

Sorry if i have been disregarding what you guys have been saying but I am trying to keep up because I have been reffered to about 6 different subs from about 25 different FU**ing countries and I have finally made a decision that I am going to do a single sub with a mono amp!!!!So I Have already decided I want to get a HIfonics Tiatan....Now what would be a great sub that is 12 or 10 that is in the USA and is between 50 and 130 dollars??? THANKS AGAIN
