Amp Problems

Well i was down in Flordia this weekend and we were just chilling listening to my van for like an hour or 2 and the sub cuts out and amp goes into protect. I figured it was just the amp overheating a little so i let it sit for a few hours and turn it on and it works fine for like 5 minutes and then cuts off again. This time no protect just wont power on at all. All fuses are good any idea what might be ****ed up. Ive had the amp for a year now not a single problem at all.

i would say check your ground , all your wiring for sure to .

I would try replacing the fuses anyways, I've had bad fuses that looked good to the eye.

dmm ftw make sure theres power going through the wire instead of replacing fuses

i tried replacing the fuse. There is power right after the fuse but not at any point i tap inside the cabin. Its really weird. Would it grounding out somehow make it so theres no current anywhere else but the fuse wont blow? Im stumped. Im gunna have to take off the engine cover and take a closer look when i get a little more time

Have u tried a different amp to c how your power reacts to it?

Other amp working fine??

yeah other amps going strong. Ive just been testing for 12 v with the dmm. Another amp wont change that
