just b/k it's a HD3 dos not mean it's loud not enough power for a HD3 2/3 mj-18 (on that power) will **** that HD3 but if you have 2000/3000Wrms than HD3>all that^

with that amp, you'd probably get around 1000w at 2 ohms. If you have the room to port a pair of SVC 4 ohm Mach 5 MJ18s, that would be another viable option. Since you'd have the increased efficiency of a ported enclosure, the 100w per sub power defecit shouldn't be too noticable. A pair of 18s should move quite a bit of air.
