not at all. a single 15 i put up to around 146 with less power than u have. Granted the sub was quite a bit more than 300 tho

Yeah I scored 144.8 with a single SX 15 off a DEI 1100d and a killer box in my Grand Cherokee. Paid less than $300 for it though
