Looking for 2 12" subwoofers.

At least 31mm of Xmax is going to be the killer. Most of the popular under $300 SPL subs (AB TNT/Elite, Sundown SA, SSA ICON, Incriminator lethal injection, DC level 3) are going to have way less than 31mm Xmax.

Something like the soundqubed HDX3 will meet the requirement price/Xmax wise but I hope you plan on dropping around $800 on electrical upgrades or else you won't barely get a pair of those subs moving.

If your not planning on going all out with electrical your budget/Xmax requirement might be better suited for a single 12 or 15 but higher price ($500-600 single 12 or 15 but higher tier)

So I am looking for 2 12" subwoofers. I would like them to have at least 31mm of xmax. And handle from 750 to 1500 watts. I am looking to pay $325 each or less. Is there anything out there that can fit this bill? Thank you guys for your time!

If you mean 31mm of Xmaxx one way then good luck. The American Bass Xmaxx12 has 50mm of Xmaxx peak to peak. So I'm assuming that's 25mm each way. And that's a $500 sub.

What are your goals with the xmax? SPL at low or high frequencies? Lots of bandwidth?

Yes my Soundqubed 12" HDX3 has around 33mm xmax. My TC Sounds LMS-R Ultra 5400 18" has 33mm xmax. Stereo Integrity has subs that have 33mm Xmax. Orion HCCA I believe have 33mm xmax. Should I keep going? Theres plenty!

LMS-R Ultra is discontinued and the other 2 subs (Stereo Intrigity HST/IB and Orion HCAA) are like twice your budget

33xmax for under $325 is going to be slim pickings. It also isn't the end all be all metric to go by either

Well he asked for subs with 33mm of xmax and I just mentioned some. And I have the LMS-R Ultra in my home theater. I also am selling the SoundQubed subwoofer with 33mm of xmax in the classifieds.

If you had to have that Xmax in that budget I would do a single 15 but in a higher price bracket and proper box/power.

Usually the arguement is "well two 12s have more cone area than a 15" but if there slightly underpowered + the 15 you buy is nicer quality/more effiecent then the 15 might actually get just as loud

Could you guys give me some options for a 15" in the $650 neighborhood?. One that handles 1500 watts RMS is what I want. And I want to do a ported 3.25ft3 box tuned at 33hz. I could do 32hz or 34hz as well. I will be using a 1250 watt SoundQubed mono amp for this sub.
