Legal hemroids?

bench jumping up that high in only 2 months is astounding. might be a little less than 20, but he def gained alot of weight. also, he has some pretty crappy form when he lifts and he uses no suppliments (beside s-drol) or protein shakes or special diet. hes a runner and was skinny as a twig, still is, but he apparently gained some unoticeable weight (or maybe i just dont see it cause i see him everyday).

Was it his first time lifting because that may sound like a lot of a gain but if he was only lifting a 100 he was bound to skyrocket on his max. When i started lifting I could barely do 95 for 10 reps and within about 3 weeks I was up to 135 and that wasnt even consistent lifting.

 
what are his other lifts? (deads & squats)
i'm just curious because the last time i got really into lifting (for about a 9 month period) i picked up about 35ish pounds and topped out at 178 @ 7%

i straight benched with 95lb DBs for 6, squated 305 for 8, military pressed 155 for 8 or 9, and (my best lift) did chinnies with 135lbs for 6...

well he could only get a few reps of 100 when we started, and tonight he did 1 rep of 165 (but that was after 6 sets //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif )

WOW... thats alot of excersizes per day... some people grow very well with workouts like that, however experiece has showed me that less sets worked best for me...

edit: you'll notice that we did very few machines, and no direct ab work... you get plenty ab work from overhead excercises...

my routine looked like this:

yeah, we started with like 1 hour workout sessions, and t6hey kinda grew to like 2-2 1/2 hours lol. we dont even know where the time goes, tonight was 2 1/2 hours. about 1 1/2 hours just on bench. im a bigger fan of the back&bi chest&tri routine as opposed to my current one. but this was my one buddies routine, so i thought id give it a shot. makes more sense to do it my way though, that way your not working opposing muscles in the same day.

 
no-explode simply enhances "pump" it does little to nothing as far as muscle growth, but helps psychologically (due to the increased size of muscles due to increased "pump").
the ECA stack is ephedrine/caffiene/aspirin... theres also the ECY stack, which, while being a little more thermogenic, also carries more risk of heart palpitation type side effects... whichever you do, ease into it... ephedrine & yohimbine HCL are both very potent stimulants...

superdrol is more than your average prohormone... it requires the same post cycle therapy that any other steroid does.

edit: correct me if i'm wrong , but i believe No-xplode has NOX in it as well as creatine and caffeine...

I just got into lifting and am taking Cytogain/No-explode/Nitrix/ contemplating cell mass and saying peace to the nitrix.

What is a good "Im a noob and want to get healthy/ripped forum"?

I workout 5 days a week with 1/3/5 upper body and cardio, and 2/4 legs. I want to gain a lot of weight (Im 148, 6'0..yeah Im skinny) and would like to get to around 170 or so.

And honestly, I don't have time to go through forums that often. I get online maybe 2-3 times a week at that, so feel free to help as much as possible.

I do have a question: When you cycle off No-Xplode, what do you take? Just switch to another creatine? Or move to soley protein supplements? Im an uber noob so please help.

 
the ECA stack is a mild thermogenic stack... its aim is to increase metabolism and aid in burning fat. I tried it once, but didn't enjoy the heart palpitations... The caffeine is easy to get off the internet... you'll want 200mg capsules... The ephedrine can be purchased online as Asthma medication, the correct dosage is... *checks ephedrine stash* 25mg. Be careful of purchasing it online, as it can be used to synthesize crystal meth (a VERY potent thermogenic compound lol) and you don't want to find yourself on any FBI watchlists... the aspirin is easy enough to track down, but i can't remember the correct dosage...

search bodybuilding.com's forum for info on ramping the dosage up... i can't remember it offhand...

creatine is actually an ok supplement...

get straight up micronized creatine powder... (look for micronized or creapure, those are the keywords that let you know its the good stuff). Take a teaspoon with something sugary, and you'll be good.

except for cretine, most legal supplements do next to nothing. don't waste your money.

The main thing is to eat. i averaged 3000 calories a day, 3500 on the high side... My diet wasn't very strict, i didn't have cheat days, i ate what i wanted to. BUT, that said, most of my daily intake came from milk, oats, PB, protein powder, eggs, chicken and raw straight out of the can tuna lol.

Getting your diet together is the main issue... the working out part is easy. Once you figure out what excercises and how many sets work for you, you can just hit auto pilot. For me, the big mass building excercises were weighted chin ups, weighted chest dips, incline DB bench, squats, deads, and standing military press. Most people will have success focusing their workouts around these excercises.

since it isn't a steroid you can do whatever you want after coming off of No-Xplode... personally i'd drop it and start taking a regular creatine powder... there is no need to cycle on and off of the stuff, you can take it every day, no problem.

Can you take the ECA stack while on No-xplode?

What is a good creatine powder that you would recommend for when I get off of No-xplode? I was told you take creatine for a month or so, and then layoff. Are you saying it is ok to take everyday? By 2 I mean number of excersizes working that muscle group. I usually do about 3 sets per excersize. Lately I've been doing a little more on top of this workout (maybe some biceps and some triceps) but nothing much more than that. I go to 24hr so they gave me one of those workout schedule things. I work for Starbucks so I got a good deal on their whole fitness thing, so I figured why not? Ya know?

Anyway, thank you for all the help. Last year I tried to get into this but didn't have the motivation I do now. I love working out and would go 7 days a week if I could. I really appreciate all the help.

There's no point to cycling on and off of creatine because it decreases effectiveness (you end up having to load up on creatine over and over again) and theres no harm in continuing to use it.

You CAN use No-Xplode and the ECA stack simultaniouly... i'd be concerned about keeping the total amount of caffeine around the amount ditacted by the ECA dosing scheme, and about blood pressure related ish from the NOX.

Do you do all of that stuff every day? A full body workout like that can be good near the beginning while you're still getting newbie gains, but once thats over you'll benefit from more sets and more muslce group specific excercises...

edit: just noticed a question... i used AST micronized creatine... good stuff.

I have been doing full body workouts the past few times. I just seem to have enough energy to do so. Today I cut it to only 10 minutes of cardio though.

Here were my excersizes:

Chest

Seated Chest Press:3 sets

Bench DB CP:3 sets

Shoulder:

Seated DB shoulder press:3 sets

Seated machine shoulder press:3 sets

Biceps:

Bi curls:3 sets

Triceps:

Overhead tricep curls:3 sets

Lats:

Lat pulldown:4 sets

Back:

Back extension:3 sets

Legs:

Single leg squatdown:2 sets

10 minutes of cardio to begin with

Reverse crunch:3 sets

Oblique ab crunch:2 sets on each side

Ball crunch(on bouncy ball thing and do crunch):80 or so

Random ab excersize:40

regular crunches:50

This takes roughly 1 1/2-2hrs to do for me, depending on how much rest I do in between each excersize and whatnot.

I tried some chest dips today...I could only do around 6 or so...those things are hard!

I cant seem to get enough calories in a day to gain weight, so I am still at 148, but tonight I am stopping by the store to get some food for the next few days.

 
Is endothil-CR a joke. I have heard a few people talk about it and read the info from their site. What do you all think?

I have friends cycling this right now and both are showing VERY noticable gains after 4 weeks (since rugby started). they should be tapering with formadrol soon

I will probably wind up being the Methyl 1 D guinea pig as m1a is getting harder to get ahold of. Caffeine + Yohimbine + m1a + proper diet (also omega 3 fish oils, lots 2g of protein/per pound) = MASSIVE gains

I will let you know how this works out

you **** skinny *****. you havent been on this forum at all, preston took your place! ah ****, well, you should use no xplode (or other creatine suppliment) before and after you lift. also, take plenty of protein all day every day especially right after u lift. but def dont limit it to just whey protein. you need all the different kinds u can get, whey, egg, beef, chicken, tuna. just eat a fvck ton of it. and if your a skinny *****, def get some weight gainer, GNC makes mass XXX which has like 800 calories per serving. that stuff will get you real jacked. dont do an ECA stack unless you want to cut, which it sounds like u def dont need to cut.
