BUT, that said, most of my daily intake came from milk, oats, PB, protein powder, eggs, chicken and raw straight out of the can tuna lol.</p><p></p><p>Getting your diet together is the main issue... the working out part is easy. Once you figure out what excercises and how many sets work for you, you can just hit auto pilot. For me, the big mass building excercises were weighted chin ups, weighted chest dips, incline DB bench, squats, deads, and standing military press. Most people will have success focusing their workouts around these excercises.</p><p></p><p>since it isn't a steroid you can do whatever you want after coming off of No-Xplode... personally i'd drop it and start taking a regular creatine powder... there is no need to cycle on and off of the stuff, you can take it every day, no problem.</p><p></p><p>I'm around your size right now, so i can definitely relate to what you're saying.
