foote, i bet you could get two L7 12's louder ported than two L5 15's sealed.

It doesnt have to be kicker l7. Any Loaded enclosure with 2000 watts RMS will be fine. as long as its in the same price range (around $700 shipped) And good quality.

step1:read wiring diagram...fairly simple

step2:wire sub

step3:lift sub

step4ut in hole

step5:drill/screw in screws

step6:turn on head unit

step6:listen and enjoy

That box is too small for the subs even sealed! sadness

We can hook you up with a smaller, much more realistic looking and fitting custom ported box for 175 plus shipping which wouldnt be over 100. Then you have 425 left over for subs. Want sq? sure many ppl know of 2 12s that will KILL the 15lzs in the prefab box.

or you can spend less on a little smaller box (less shipping too) and about 200 on 2 12s that will be just as loud/ sound better than that 15l7 sealed setup.

is this ext cab?

Well Im not "too afraid" to take advice. Im just too afraid to try to wire my own impendence and shit for the first time on something this expensive. I dont have money to spend on mistakes like that. honestly ur wasting ur money more by going prefab than "taking the risk" of wiring urself...if u can read and have opposable thumbs i believe u can wire them urself

When I wired it myself for the first time, I went to the rockford wiring wizard (please don't ask for a link), and I just did what it showed. It's not rocket science, atleast I hope not.

Then power wire from battery to the power to your amp.

Negative to amp.

Rcas from deck to amp.

Get it?
