Yep...and then some! Prob overkill if I mention a good AGM battery and HO alt but def wouldn't hurt to have, if budget allows.

If you can't afford the ho alt just yet, a second agm near the amp will help. Biggest agm that will fit in the oem location, and big 3 in 0/1 gauge wire, same wire between the batteries as well dude. Much better to have more electrical than you need, you keep your signal cleanest that way, and you won't burn schit up that way either.

set gain right, don't use any bass boost., if u talking about hds3 it's rated 1200rms it'll take 1500-1600 easy with gain set right.. also with ported boxes u have a problem called box rise., which means sub don't really get all the power u have thats y most peeps here run 2-3x power subs are rated at..
