CA glue, get it at a local hobby shop.

thats nothing compared to my sub, the cone was cracked in 3 places, it works just dandy now

the surround, yes. that is the strongest glue you can get, it comes in different strengths.

just happened.... heard a strange "popping" sound whenever the bass would hit, check it out and saw that. haven't even put any power to the subs or played anything off them since it happened

glue it up nice with no leaks and it should work the way it used to

if it sounds fine, then no its not trashed, if it sounds messed up, then go glue it like supaC said and see if that works, if not then yeah its trashed, and u can replace it with something good.

Just a tip:

CA stands for Cyanoacrylate, which is the exact same thing as superglue (most superglues are like 98% CA). I've used my fair share of CA glue and superglue works just as good. Epoxy or rubber cement might work as well.
