Installed 4ch. To door speakers and now only passenger side works

Hooked up 4ch. Alpine  amp to front and back door speakers. Front Passenger sounds great and back passenger sounds good/ok after messing with amp settings and rca position. Both driver side speakers sound quiet and horrible but were working when I initially hooked them up. I did swap out amps. Would appreciate any advice

pics of the connections?  even stray one wire strand can cause issues. 

how did you manage inputs?  pics?  how did you assign speakers to channels - meaning channel 1 is front left, channel 2 is front right, channel 3 is rear left, and channel 4 is rear right?
