OK payday's tomorrow (actually late late tonight), so I gotta know right away.

One Infinity 1042W subwoofer, the RMS is 250W, maximum wattage is 1000, box will be ported, tuned around 32 .. 33 Hz.

Should I push it with an amp that puts out 75 percent of the RMS, say around 180-200 RMS ? Or should I go exactly 250 .. or should I even go higher than 250 RMS ?

Going with Profile amp, but I need to know which one I should get:

http://www.profilecaraudio.com/amplifiers.htm

400MSX ... with 200W x 1 at 4 Ohm, 300 at 2 Ohm.

or the

600MSX ... with 300W x 1 at 4 Ohm and 410W x 1 at 2 Ohm.

In the future I may go with two subwoofers, two 1042W's, so I would just keep the same amp and wire it for two subs ? Or would I need a more powerful one to power two subs ?
