Simple Question

I am buying a 12" L5, funds are kind of tight right now due to moving and just buying a car. Anyways, to the question. I was wondering if a Power Acoustik A1000DB would work with the L5? Or if you have any other suggestions for around the same price range it would be appreiciated.

Yes it would work fine, as long as you get the 2 ohm voice coil configuration.

Okay, I am new to this stuff. So by "2 ohm voice coil configuration" do you mean the sub comes with 2 ohm or 4 ohm? Or is that just the way in which it will be wired?

Dual Voice Coil 2 ohms- wired in parallel for a 1 ohm load.
