Orion 2500d vs Memphis Mojo 2000D

althogh they do differant power at diff ohms, and granted the orion has a a little over 100w rms high at 14.4volts

how do they compare in terms of distortion (gains set right), reliablity, and anything else people with experience with either of these amps would like to add.

they're just 2 of my favorite amps and wondered how'd they stack up to each other under certain circumstances...

Memphis also rates at 13.8v.

The real factor is...The memphis is 2kw @ 2ohm the Orion is 2.5kw @ 1ohm or 1800 @ 2ohm IIRC

THD on the Memphis is .5%

THD on the orion is

Neither of which you will notice.

They are both great amps. They sound great and put out atleast rated power. The orion does put out a tad bit more power and the mojo seems to be a tad bit more effiecient. If it were me deciding I would go with which one fits your budget ande install better. They do like different ohm loads.

I would take either but I would pick the Orion over the Mojo.
