i need some info on some sq subs. i was thinking about going with id. I dont know though if to go with idQ of idmax. This will be a single 12 setup. I am looking for sq but also do like my spl from time to time. i listen to all kinds of music from classic rock to rap.

If i go with the idmax i will be running it off a memphis st1000d so it should get 1000rms. I run a alpine type x 12 now and how will the id compare to it? If anyone has any other suggestions it is appreciated. Also how does id compare to re sq and spl wise?

IDMAX is good as long as the 1kw your gonna send it is a good stable clean 1kw, otherwise youll smoke it very easy. I would maybe suggest a new Audioque HDC3 12 when they come out. its hard to get a sub thats gonna have alot of SPL and retain SQ.

it will be powered off a memphis st1000d. I dont know alot about this amp and with the research i did, it got good reviews. Any opions would be great on this amp. I am looking for more sq than spl. Does this speaker compare to the type x or not. Thanks for the info it is appreciated.

I have 2 x12" sw1200 subs that go in to a ported box the specs are as follows //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Dobuble magnet structure vented form post

They are in my MINI cooper s SQ car, but Im usin 8" instead of 12" ( because of room in carr)

It sounds perfect, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

they are made in ITALY and come with 12months warrenty if installed professinally.

the cost is $690rrp but since you are a forum member Ill let you have them for 400each plus post all money is AUD$ so they will cost about $723.00 american plus shipping for both.

they are are brand new never played and have a international garrentee

you can check them out at,

http://www.audiodevelopment.it/eng/car/car/page70/sw/sw1200.html

Dont be deceived by the apparently small magnet the picture doesnt do them justice and if you would like to buy both I will make them a bit cheaper so the postage doesnt kill you as they will be about $150 aud each for shipping if thats the case Ill make them 300 each AUD plus shipping so that will be $814.00 dollers shipped to the states for 2x12" full custom SQ subs.

They also arew pretty good when you want to pump it up and play it loud
