if u disconnet ur battery do ur amp setting reset?

i have no back up battery and i had to disconnect the power wire when i got my new battery so will they reset or not

Does it really matter? If you have to change the battery, you have to change the battery. Seems either way you have to contend with whether it will or not. If it does, reset it, if not, koo.

you should have wrote the settings down so you could set it back when you reconnected
