its your money you can do what you want with it.... he sold you a broken amp.

and yeah he is trying to scam off that "spair" he says he doesnt know how to rewind the coil... kicker makes the spairs so you dont have to deal with all that. and either way you would have to buy a new coil/spider to put on the cone.

I'd file a claim anyways.

Better safe then sorry, the amp is already ****ed, you'll need to issue a claim to get a refund/ return shipping confirmation anyways.

what would you say to your bank. they do unauthorized transaction reimbursment but i dont know what to even say in this case.

Whenever I get a broken item, i contact the seller, if I got some shady reply instead of, wow what happened, I'm sorry etc... Claim right away.

Cuz if you drag time, worse for you. I try to file a claim within 2 days after receiving something bad, so there's no trouble on my end.

for real. longer you wait to file a claim the more and more easier its gonna be for him to keep ur money and tell u to screw urself. i know theres a lot of us on here in the tampa bay area, im in seffner, and im pretty sure a few of us wouldnt mind takin a little ride out to st pete to say whats up to a scammer and mayb cruise by the beach or somethin too. but seriously longer u wait for this guy to talk bs to u the harder its going to be to get ur money back.

yeah when i got scammed by mark potts, i paid through google check out, 3 months no box, called my credit card company and told them, money was back into my account and mark potts was in the negative.

in this case, you need solid proof, just call you bank and see what they can do. if you bullshit about something like this, then thats a federal offense. but if you did get scammed let them know and they should put the money back into your account.
