it might be a cheap fix idk. only couple burnt components but there may be more that are bad. but i feel he is responsible and should take return or offer to get it fixed at least.

it doesnt matter if its a cheap fix. u paid $600 for a working amp. why would u pay more for something thats supposed to work? yeh he is definately responsible. and should definately give you ur money back.

Even if you file a claim all he has to do is show a tracking number that went to your house, and it's over. I already had the same shit happen. Go to your bank like RSX said to do. He will probably just string this along until he can withdraw the money.

thats if you dont recieve an item. this was recieved. and i opened dispute. from my understanding of buyer protection with paypal ( which i have over 500 transactions with) is that even if the seller states no returns for the item, if he misrepresents the item it can be ruled in my favor. if he would of not stated that it was 100% functional and guaronteed not doa then i would have no case and would not of bid in the first place. due to the fact that he states this it should negate his no return statement. too many sellers were doing this and that is why they added this buyer protection.

Hopefully it all works out. Bought a line driver from someone here hopefully I can get something worked out with that person soon. Sent him a pm a while ago I guess we'll see what happens with that, but nothing like what you paid for the amp and dealing with on that. good luck hope it works out.
