I need some help

So I don’t know why or how but when I plug both rcas into the amp they distort the sub and when I have only one it will play one sub crystal clear and I don’t know what to do from here any help would be appreciated thanks

What amp is it? Is there a mono/stereo switch on it? Are you bridging?

How many subs do you have? If only one and it plays crystal clear, put the other RCA on the shelf. If 2, then try using a y-adapter for the working cable/sub, and running the RCA to the other sub.
