What kind of connector are you using for the input? They don't look like standard RCA connectors. Do you have the connectors to fit the inputs? Also, turn the input level down during the install and slowly turn it up to meet your needs. Just suggestions.

That's what my US Acoustics did. Everyone said it was my RCA cables being too tight but when they replaced my amp I used the same RCA cables with no issues. Sometimes they break.
