Talk to JMac, BulldogSr04, or anyone else that does enclosures. This isn't one of those things that you can go to Autozone and get the right box for your car / sub / amp mix. It's going to take a little effort.

OLD_SCHOOL has some pretty good knowledge of building boxes, but I dont know if he has messed with Pioneer subs or not.

if ya give me the name\model\or specs of the driver (the T\S specs would be the most helpful) i could give ya a design...

basicaly the size of a box, and youd have to cut it\glue\screw\install it.
