How audioson sub be tuned to the maximum without blowing it please see the knobs and advice...

Hi people i do own audioson asbx active 10 inch sub from audioson here are the knobs of the sub can someone tell me which one i need to press and to what level i want to be at maximum safe level, without blowing it,
