Help: Sub Woofer will not turn on again after engine is turned off

Help: I recently installed a basic sub(Fusion 10" subwoofer with built-in amplifier) and it worked perfectly fine until the last couple of days. I am having a problem where after i have the engine going, then turn it off, if i turn the keys in the ignition on the sub will not work. If I don't start the car (after it has not had the motor on for a while) and just turn the ACC on, the sub works perfectly. It is only after this, when I have had the car running, then turn the car off that it stops and wont work for a period of time. I am in no means experienced with subwoofers, I just want to sort this problem out. I have searched around and couldn't find a problem like this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

HU wiring...something isn't wired correctly sounds like.

Sounds like its wired tgrough or to a relay.. The rem or turn signal wire needs to be wired to A the ignition wire or b to a sorce that is switched through the ignition..
