Help my sub won't hit high notes

I took my subsonic off, then I broke my hatch...

If I turn off my SSF bad things happen. At 20hz the sub will make the entire enclosure and the whole false floor its attached to jump almost a 1/4" (the box is over 100lbs, the sub is 60lbs, the battery on the floor is 60-70lbs, amp is 20lbs, and the entire floor itself is 70-80lbs...so basically around 300lbs)

Im getting 0.91 cuft sealed..Kickers need a bit more than that..They sound so much better ported as well..Id get to 1.4-1.6 cu ft min ported,to get more out of that sub,that could be your issue.What do you think @ Buck?He does not even have 1cuft min sealed?

For Kickers...I have a pair,just recently picked up,and yes sir ported sounds so much better for them..get better performance out of them/the most

You have DVC 4 ohms or DVC2ohms sub?

What size of a box would you recommend I've only got one and I'm a little limited on space parallel it's 1ohm series it's 4ohm

It's an 86 300zx I think it's a dvc 2 ohm

Im running one @2ohms in an empty Bazooka Bass Tube in a Honda CRV,on an Old school Autotek Mean Machine 66hc, and it hits pretty hard at the moment

You have room for a 1.4 cu ft ported enclosure in there,and it will perform much better.You really should know what ohms value your sub is.

A good 1ohm stable amp, and a good 1.4-1.6 cu ft ported box will make a great difference
