1500w+ @ 1 ohm for x2 SA-8 v2's?

Setup atm is two sa-8 v2's (d4) @ 1 ohm on a Hifonics Brutus brz 1200.1d in a custom ported box tuned @ 30 Hz. Anyways, I sort of want to throw more power at these little guys, I feel as if 1200w isn't enough. Anyone fed a saz-1500 or similar @ 1 ohm to these guys? I'm sure my current amp doesn't do full 1200w rated @ 1 ohm.

I went saz 1500@ .5 and it did not seem to be enough for them.

Step your electrical game up a little before you buy a new amp, or risk ruining your new amp

If your gonna be running them for daily then that sundown should be fine, they can handle more but they wont last as long if you give them wayy over rated for a daily setup, they are beasts tho

How big is your box?

1.45^ft tune around 30hz (after sub displacement)

Box dimensions are 30"W x 11 1/2"H x 17"D

Port dimensions are 2 1/2"W x 10"H x 46"L

Port is 2 1/2" wide flared to 4 7/16" wide at the front of the box.

Port area 17 sq" per ^ft
