Help my sub won't hit high notes

thats got to sound terrible set that high? I can't stand anything past about 50hz.

What kind of box is your sub in?Dimensions?Is it a prefab/bought box?Ported or sealed?3/4,or 5/8?

It's a ten inch it doesn't make any noise at 25 my friends twelve inch hits notes higher than mine can with he same amp

not that it's distorted it's just overwhelming coming from subs, it sounds like your trying to replicate the way a home speaker sounds?

until I get a new box my subsonic is set at 28-30hz but not for much longer hopefully!

Most tens sound best to me in a 1.4-2.0 cu ft ported box at 30-38hz,Ive always ran tens,and still do.What

I don't have my sub blaring and most of the time my t tops are out so it's not to much

What Head unit are you running?I have a Clarion I just put in,and it has Through/60/80/120/160/180hz

It hits that low but you can't hear it very well that low is mostly vibrations
