As far as moving the court date, yes they will do that. Conact them ASAP. I dont know if its just here, or everywhere, but they hold court for that on Tuesday and Thursday.

They will let you move the court date closer, but will not likely let you push it bacl.

Well your were being a d-bag to bring that up to the cop right there.

Not only that, you were not thinking; you should have left it alone. You

could of brought in your friend as a witness to say he blew a .02 and the cop

let him off at trial.

Even if you ex-friend comes in as a hostile witness you still may get off under equal

protection and application of the law, as long as he tells the truth. If the cops did not

put him in the report, it may be even worse for them.

In other words cops can't pull over 5 people speeding while following each other

and let the cute chick off the hook while ticketing the other 4. The same thing may

apply here.
