good luck man, i went through a trouble stage for 3 years and got in alot of trouble, i got 90 days in Clinton county jail and paid $3,800 when said and done

mine was for way worse shit lol so dont sweat it bro, it will work out and yea youll learn in a car of 4 the cops just know someone is going downtown and dont care who usually unless someone has a "big" mouth

i agree, but everyone is young and dumb at one point, i think a MIP is a very easy outcome if you learn from it and move on.

I got an MIP here in Midland about 2 months ago.

For the MIP, i got $250 in fines, and have to attend drug rehab/AA classes. (class costs $250)

I also got arrested for posession of marijuana, and am on 9months probation. Not sure if the 9months is for the pot, or booze, or both.

Friend got an MIP, brought his mom, plead his case, got $500 in fines, 30(ish) hours of community service, and once completed it will be off his record.

I seriously don't understand people. You mess up and break the law and then want the prosecutor to do you a favor and move the date so you can go on vacation? Lol I hope he/she laughs and hangs up. That's ridiculous. Just take the punishment like a man.

Well got a **** MIP, were driving home last night and cop pulled us over. Beer was all in the trunk. My buddy driving got an OWI and went to jail. Felt really bad for him. I ended up blowin a .11, been drinkin for 12 hours. My friend Cylan had 4 beers 30 min ago, and only blew a .028...he's also a volunteer firefighter, and the **** cops let him go with nothin. They said he blew too low to do anything, but the law is .02 and above is an mip. Lucky bastard. I even said right in from of the cops, "Wow, just cuz he's on the fire department he didn't get anything?" The cops had nothin to say.
Well I was shooting the shit with the cops, talkin bout ridin sleds and quads earlier. Had me pour out about 45 beers, sayin BUSCH in between the openings:laugh: Cops were cool tho, just seems unfair my one friend got off cuz hes on the department. Was thinkin of bringin that up to the prosecutor.

Well I hear its a $300 fine in michigan and maybe some probation. Anyone know how it goes? It's in Ionia county. Also the **** court date is the day when I am suppose to be on my trip to niagara falls in Canada. Do you think the prosecutor would move the date back a week if I tell him. i got one a while back in carson city, i had to pay 150$ and that was it. they were pretty cool too...and when i got it i was on my way to the casino with 2 30 packs in the back and a 1/5 of canada house. they didnt make us dump it out, they just took it. crooked cops, they prolly went and drank it. oh well

you have no one to blame but yourselves. You are underage, and im sure no one put a gun to your head and made you take them beers, and get behind the wheel of a vehicle. Dont be hatin dude.

And being on a fire dept helps out alot btw....especially with locals and county sheriff deputies. I'm on a FD myself, has gotten me out of trouble a few times.

I live in oakland county, a few years ago I got an mip & was hit up kinda hard. One years' probation; $500 or so in court fines; 10 weekends of WHAM ( in oakland county this is a county regulated community service where you pay them $15 a weekend to do manual labor for the county); random drug tests(only had 1 test though); and 50 hours of community service of my choice. It was my first criminal offense; but I also had a retail fraud on there that was dropped down to disorderly person. That 10 weekends of wham completely absorbed my first summer as a non-highschool student; most people only get 2-3 weekends for misdemeanors.
