Whats JAMS man?
My buddy got one when he was 18 in the same county. They gave him a $300 fine, and class to take that was $70, 15 hours of community service. And if he was good for a year than there was no record. I thought misdemeanors didn't matter tho?

Jail Alternatives of Michigan

Its a piss/breath testing place. Most of the time they make it part of your probation, at least in the county I live in. Your assigned a color and you have to call a number everyday to see if your color is called. If it is you have to drive to the nearest place and test. I only had to test once a month, random, but I had to piss and blow. $6 for each one each time. Was on it for like 6 months. If you fail a few times they will send you to jail. First couple times they will lengthen your probation and stuff.

How is it ****ed beyond belief? He put peoples lives in danger. I don't even know why he is let out of jail so maybe you are right.

Hope I can still take my GF to the falls. Do you guys think they would be cool to reschedule for the next week?

You are a little *****...****. I was cool with the cops. Hell we were even jokin with them. They understood are situation...Happens all the **** time..

plus not some punk *** kid...graduating with my bachelors soon, payin for my school by myslelf, have great credit, and no record before...Sounds like I got my head on my shoulders to me...

I got one in Kalamazoo in September. I got 6 months probation. $100 court fine. 10 hours community service and I've had to take a substance abuse class, a alcohol assessment, and a MADD meeting. Total is goin to cost like $400 for me. But in 3 months when i'm off probation it will be off my public record because I did some 1st time offense thingy.

It's different for each county though.

Well got a **** MIP, were driving home last night and cop pulled us over. Beer was all in the trunk. My buddy driving got an OWI and went to jail. Felt really bad for him. I ended up blowin a .11, been drinkin for 12 hours. My friend Cylan had 4 beers 30 min ago, and only blew a .028...he's also a volunteer firefighter, and the **** cops let him go with nothin. They said he blew too low to do anything, but the law is .02 and above is an mip. Lucky bastard. I even said right in from of the cops, "Wow, just cuz he's on the fire department he didn't get anything?" The cops had nothin to say.
Well I was shooting the shit with the cops, talkin bout ridin sleds and quads earlier. Had me pour out about 45 beers, sayin BUSCH in between the openings:laugh: Cops were cool tho, just seems unfair my one friend got off cuz hes on the department. Was thinkin of bringin that up to the prosecutor.

Well I hear its a $300 fine in michigan and maybe some probation. Anyone know how it goes? It's in Ionia county. Also the **** court date is the day when I am suppose to be on my trip to niagara falls in Canada. Do you think the prosecutor would move the date back a week if I tell him. yeah I'm not gonna just skip out on the date. Otherwise I'm hopin they will just let me take care of it this week. It says at or before Dec 30th

I have to talked to the prosecutor before about a kid breakin into are house, so hopefully he will be cool with me..

I managed to do all that without obtaining a criminal record. If you had any sense at all, you wouldn't have gotten into a car where no one was sober.
