But if you have 500 bucks i'd go with a brahama...

I say you go Adire Audio, get a Shiva, or a Brahma, either way you can't lose, your best bet would be a brahma, but either way you are going to be loud, and have good SQ as well.

I would go with the XXX as well, I have the 12" SX model in my vert and it is amazing, honestly it is a very, very good company with outstanding products.

I'll be getting my Ascendent Audio Avalanche 15 tomorrow, and will be testing her out the next week or so. I will let you know how it compares to other drivers I've heard and had time to play with if you're still looking by then. Supposed to be very accurate drivers.
