glass + sub

my hatch glass is coming unglued...the whole bottom of the glass is loose. and on the lower notes you can see it coming off the frame probably 1/4 inch. would the glass moving cause cancellation? or take away from the sound somehow?

if the window is moving back and forth with your sub then you will have cancellation issues because the sound waves arent really bouncing off of the glass, they are moving with it.

i'm not sure if that makes sense but it sounded right in my head...

Nothing a little duct tape can't fix

well i'm a little worried about the window...but ya more about the sound. on the lower notes you can here it moving...or actually slapping back down against the metal...but you can hear the output drop alot when it does.

and ya skep that makes sence...since the bass is moving the windows essentially the window is absorbing the wave...instead of reflecting it.

and i had duct tape for a little bit, but thats hard to get off the paint after a while
