my plastic inline fuse holder melted last night and fell apart. Can someone tell me why this happened and if i should just get a new one or if there is something wrong.

I had a couple Knu's and they did that when the 0 gauge wires worked loose and starting shorting...I can send you a simple way of making your own inline fuse holder...it will kick ass and only cost a couple bucks.
