Fosgate and MTX subs??

Ok I saw that MTX has some 12 ohm subs, therefore I can wire three of them together to get to 4 ohms. So the question is which would sound better 3 MTXs or 3 Fosgate HEs? I know I would pay more for the three MTXs probably but its three, but will it sound better?
