Ok. I am new to all of this, but to begin here are all of my details.
Car: 2001 Camry
Alt: Stock 90amps
Amp1: Kicker 750.1 (2 L3's)
Amp2: Kicker 350.4 (2 RS Series Comps for Front / 2 KS Series 6 x 9's for Rear)
Head unit: Kenwood Excelon blah blah blah
Well, after getting all of this stuff (stacked up in corner of room for now) I was told that I should NOT install this system on my current battery. The battery is some model of Diehard. For my purposes, I'm thinking just a single yellow top (under the hood) and doing the Big 3. I have read many articles and forum posts that suggest that this particular combo of batt/alt will work without any issues. What do you guys think??? There is a place near my house that will price match the yellow top for me (147$)...so I'm thinking this is my best option. I really do not care to mess around with replacing the Alt so...does this sound like a good option??? If need be, I might consider an extra battery in trunk, but, I don't feel that's necessary since this is a fairly beginner system...as far a power goes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
