Finished Building System, Any thoughts?

i'm sorry but I need to clear the air about all this misinformation. The soundstream is only a 1750 rms amp, 2230 if you are basically clipping, its a current hog and will only make those numbers at very high charging voltage. Dynamic numbers are peak power trash numbers that fool every noob possible. Using dynamic numbers is the equivalent to bringing up peak/max power ratings in modern car audio. why? because when does music draw a lot more current and power than a 0 db sine wave stress torturing an amp beyond its capabilities? how do these magical watts appear that goes past amplifier power supply capabilities? If anything the amount of power produced out of an amplifier is significantly less with less current draw on music due to the fact that music is not recorded as high db sine hich in short, as the coil travels through the motor, your impedance fluctuates, even if the amp is supposed to do 3000 watts at 1 ohm and you are wired to 1 ohm, you actually only see 2 to 4 ohm power while playing music. Its physics, this is also just getting their rated power if you actually put them to a clamp and measure real world power, not what you see on a bench. normal people wont know this, only the dummies deep in the rabbit hole that even pay to compete for cheap trophy in power restricted class would know so dont sweat it man. Clamping will also show why there's no way in hell your amp will make more power on music rather than sine waves. the bass strength in the recording is no where near a pure tone sine wave.

There is no MD3000 dyno, only an HD 3000 which is a full range amplifier of a totally different line.

there is a dyno of the MD 1800.1 2 ohms version and that amp does way more power certified than the soundstream at a much lower voltage aka a lot more efficient. there's 1 ohm and 2 ohm versions of the taramps md3000.1 idk why you only looked at 4 ohms. If an 1800.1 amp dynos for 2476 clean certified how much do you think the MD 3000 is going to dyno?

If you are going to do research, might want to really check out everything there is to know rather than just pick one amp you have a boner for, it'll save you a lot of money, get you a lot louder.

ps Inb4 this post is misconstrued as condescending rather than informative and thought provoking.

This is my daily. I have yet to put back the plexi and bolt it in place.

It looks great man ... I’m just being difficult 🤫
If the sub speaker wire you were referring to, should have seen it the 1st time I had it in there....was ran underneath the amp tray and then to the sub. Hated the way it looked. So thought of a better alternative and drilled a small hole just big enough for the wire to go thru then to the sub, with a small grommet in place to give it that pro look to it. Imo looks way better.

Ya imop with a box that nice I’d of went no exposed wire .. looks good tho I’d of done a trim panel on the amp and tossed the wires out under the box for the woofer .. but that’s just me
