Took 4 straight days from design to completion. My best work so far, still not very good, I'm too impatient to do anything like this very well :p

Anyways, I took lots of pictures... so here... skip to the bottom for finished pics

Assembled box and start to bondo...

The box is tuned to 27hz or so and plays wonderfully! Shakes the whole house. It will be plenty to get lots of complaints in my dorm

It will be paired with custom cherry cabinets from Mr Marv with dayton drivers powered off a Harmon Kardon stereo reciever (100x2 @ 8ohm)

The parts express plate amp puts out full power @ 4 ohm... and since the e8a is dual 4, I had to step it up to 8ohm so it is only getting around ~150watts. Gets LOUD though.

wow, that's purdyno shit, LOTS of pics
Thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I had about 30 total but left a bunch out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

what kind of bondo did u use?did u spray on the evercoat?
Well I didnt actually use the name brand "bondo". I used the evercoat stuff.

VEry easy to work with. With the bondo brand bondo, I would have been sanding for days, this stuff is much easier to sand, but ~$15 more expensive. And no I didnt spray it on, just used some of those bendy plastic spreaders to get it as smooth as possible when I laid it down, then I sanded it smooth.

it was from a HT in a box, best $400 i spent. It kills any $400 HT in a box.

I played some tones on the onkyo, lots of whistling, lots of rattling.

Ill just put my brahmas in my house and we'll see whos louder.

That box it SICK, i wish it was mine.

Looks awsome...very sleek...but my HT box is cooler //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

4.1 cubes net, with 26 square inches of port tuned roughly to 22hz.
