Final set up

In all honesty you don't need to do a lot for the electrical upgrade here! Your only going to be running one amp for now. The 13w7 is a great choice for your first sub, but you won't want to go anywhere else after it lol.

If you have an optima just do the big three and you'll be fine. You MIGHT get minor dimming and thats about it.

For this system you don't need to upgrade your alt and everything. But I highly recomend your run 1/0 gauge wiring for that 2000 watt amp instead of just a 2 gauge.

And for your second setup or #51 those are all extremley good choices!

Another thing is, go out to one of your local shops and just listen to these subs! See if you like them or not!

First off thank you Nick, you have been the most help to me. And to everyone else. I will look around some more and do some more research. The reason I want to get a flip out or indash is becuase, I have a tahoe and it is a 2x din (and single din hu look like crap with adapters imo.) I also like all the features with touch screens and there is so much to add to them ( navi, tv tuner, ipod video, exc...) As far as a box, my older brother works for a huge construction company, and i can get free mdf, and unlimited tool use. Last but i geuss not least, front stage, I wont have the money to get them when i order my initial system, but later this summer i will def. upgrade.
