Can anyone Help Or give any Ideas

My 99 Blazer start to burn gas more than normal, the price of gas these days it would be cheaper to fix it whatever it may be. I look at the O2 sensor but the Check engine light isnt on, last time i changed spark plugs there was gas on the plugs, any ideas?
