Fi-X SQ sub?

Yea thats the problem it looks like only entry level subs from any company will fit I would gladly purchase a fully loaded sub if it would fit ... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
But you guys are convincing on the IDQ's Not sure I can fit 12's..but maybe and I'm not sure what series if ODQ to get either.

TC1000 10" says it needs 6.5 inches of mounting depth thats an entire inch deeper than I can make the box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wallbash.gif.1310150c49dd52e0fbe1813a0681e5c3.gif One inch has been killing me for such a long time now.

I wish I could fit a Q //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wallbash.gif.1310150c49dd52e0fbe1813a0681e5c3.gif or hell why stop there?

At this point maybe I should just put my 8 year old JL W0 12's in there...Since I don't see much of a point in buying some other crappy sub that will have similar output and SQ. This is truely sad. Not everyone drives a car or an SUV..

Was really looking for an upgrade after all I'm sick and tired of these POS's JL's I have had for years on end...

Sounds like a personal issue....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

But seriosly now. Couldnt you use some small spacer and longer bolts to raise the rear seat 1-1.5"?

haha I knew someone would put that out of context.

Spacers are possible but I think I would have to fabricate new brackets for the backwall, as well as possibly cutting into it or welding it up and then again it might not even work.... The seat attaches kinda weird, it hooks into the back wall, and there is a lever on the side to raise and lower the back of the seat. Kinda like it can fold down into a table. The bottom of course also folds up so you can put stuff in the back on the floor. There is not much space at all.

Someone drew up this diagram on Titantalk.com

http://www.titantalk.com/forums/attachments/titan-visual-audio-discussion/29023-pictures-your-sub-box-titanbox.jpg?d=1157918917

and if anyone is really set on helping, here is a link to some boxes being built by people, although most the nice ones are for Titan Crew Cabs (not KC like I have)

http://www.titantalk.com/forums/titan-visual-audio-discussion/40089-pictures-your-sub-box.html

I heard the box rcantu posted with the 12" Arc and it sounded **** good, I wish I could do something similar for a 10" but I'm not sure it would be worth the $1000 for the box... Probox is another option, they should be coming out with something for my truck soon, but it comes with the sub already installed (some sub they are making themselves)

edit: oh yea and there is no way to fit an IDMax without some serious engineering //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
