FI sub? Q or BL

my buddy has 1300watts max 700rms @ 1ohm hes deciding weather or not to run a FI Q series or a BL series 15" dual 2ohm. what would work best at giving tight bass but also giving good low end.and what kinda box is recomended for each. its a daily driven vehicle but good SPL is needed.thanks alot
