I think people aren't getting the point here...and it sounds like Scott's about to get flooded with "why did my woofer asplode" queries...

This is for infinite baffle use. Think of it as a "sealed box" that's four to ten times the Vas of the speaker. Attics, extra bump-outs in houses, basement rooms, and trunks.

One question I have though is the upper frequency resolution of the 15"...with an inductance that low, it would kick the Eminence Alpha 15's *** in an open baffle setup...not much more expensive either.

Its the perfect match for a 2500d. IB increases the power handling exponentially.
